Academic Bio
Betül Kaya is a PhD student specializing in Ottoman studies with a focus on Ottoman Greek communities in the 17th century. After receiving her BA in Political Science and International relations at Boğaziçi University, Turkey, she completed the necessary coursework in the MA program in History at the same institution, where she also worked as a research and teaching assistant.
