The borders- Arabic Cinema Club

March 7, 2022 | 6:30PM

One Arab United nation was and remains to be the dream of Arab citizens from border to border, a united homeland strongly woven by the unity of culture, language, history, goals and destiny. One homeland where there is no place for separating borders between its regions, the borders which were created by the colonizers and Sykes-Picot’s Agreement. The Pan Arab dream, exhausted by political, religious, sectarian and tribal conflicts, is still vibrant in the Arab collective consciousness and blazing in the heart of the Arab streets from Baghdad to Rabat and from Khartoum to Damascus. Come and join us in the Arabic Cinema Club on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 at 6:30 pm via zoom link to watch one of the great Syrian actor and director Duraid Lahham’s master pieces (The Borders) . It a comedian movie in which Lahham projected on the failure of the Arab regimes to meet the nations’ aspirations for a united Arab world.
