Madadh Richey Appointed Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University

NELC congratulates Dr. Madadh Richey, currently a Humanities Teaching Fellow at the University of Chicago (and now teaching a course entitled "Devils and Demons: Agents of Evil in the Bible and Ancient World"), who has signed an offer to start as Postdoctoral Research Associate in Hebrew Bible in the Department of Religion at Princeton University, beginning in September 2020.

Dr. Richey completed her PhD in NELC in 2019 with a dissertation entitled "Visions of Gods and Monsters: Levantine and Mesopotamian Iconographies of Divine Combat and Their Textual Impressions" under the direction of NELC professor Dennis Pardee (with additional committee members John Wee, NELC; and Simeon Chavel, Divinity School).  We wish her every success!
