Our talk and discussion will be held at 218 Albert Pick Hall for International Studies, 5828 S University Ave. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Anetshofer-Karateke to speak on the subject of Old Anatolian Turkish vocabulary as well as the etymology of the verb "yapmak." Dr. Anetshofer-Karateke is a faculty member at NELC at the University of Chicago where she teaches Turkish and Ottoman Turkish.
