Anna is currently a PhD student studying Near Eastern Art and Archaeology. She received her B.S. with Honors in Anthropological Sciences and German from the Ohio State University in 2017. Anna has been a member of survey and excavation projects in Oman, Germany and Italy. She has also conducted laboratory work in archaeobotany, where her undergraduate thesis work analyzed the macrobotanicals from a Medieval Armenian caravanserai, as well as participated in an anthracology study. Her research interests focus in the Southern Caucasus and the connections with the Near East.
