Mehrnoush Soroush is Associate Professor of Landscape Archaeology in the Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures (ISAC-former OI) and NELC. She received her PhD from the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World (ISAW) at the New York University. Her research focuses on water management and agriculture in the Ancient Near East and the application of remote sensing for the study of the Archaeological landscapes.
The title of her talk is “Digging the Past from Above: Archaeological Landscapes of Irrigation.”
